Select to see lists for waiting Preparations, Transactions and Aborted Transactions.
Transactions
Shows a list of transactions created with status and message.
Transactions are executed when a job is sent to NTI INTEGRATOR from Autodesk Job Processor or data is sent back from PLM or ERP to Vault. In a transaction a log is created which contains information about each step in the transaction. Information regarding the article created, or the documents handled etc. can also be found in the transaction.
Transactions can be resubmitted to the transaction queue, by selecting the checkbox for one or multiple transaction in the list and then choosing “Reset Selected”. A reset for a single transaction may also be activated from inside the transaction menu. Then the command is called “Reset”.
- Live/Offline: If Live is selected, state and message are updated and can be viewed live for a transaction. If Offline is selected manual update of transaction queue is needed (press F5).
- Identifier: If active search for article number is possible in transaction queue.
- Search field for the transaction queue.
Note: Transitions appear in the menu after a configuration is created and set as active.
Select a transaction to view details and logs.
Columns shown and colors for properties are managed from Preparation settings. The green cross indicates that the article is new and will be added and a preview is available by moving the cursor to the image icon.
Note: If only Generic Module is used there will always be a green cross and orange text. No comparison is made.
Event Log
Record for all global events created on the server. Use Search to find a specific type of event or value. Search results will be displayed with blue markings in the list.
