General
The Integrator Dashboard Overview provides a configurable interface for monitoring and analyzing transaction data through dynamic tables and graphical visualizations. It enables users to view transaction status, execution trends, and system performance across one or multiple configurations.
The dashboard combines detailed transaction listings with aggregated statistical insights, allowing both operational monitoring and historical analysis.
Overview Functionality
The dashboard consists of two primary components:
- Tables for detailed transaction data
- Graphs for aggregated and historical insights
These components can be configured independently and support filtering by:
- Configuration
- Status
- Date intervals
User preferences such as filters, selected columns, and layout are stored locally in the browser.
Data Behavior
Table Data
Tables display transaction records based on the configured Clean up time in system settings.
Example:
- If cleanup time is set to 30 days, only transactions from the last 30 days are shown
Graph Data
Graphs display historical statistics and are not limited by cleanup settings.
- Includes all transactions since system installation
- Data persists unless manually purged
Configuration Selection
- Tables and graphs can display data from multiple configurations
- Default selection is Active Configuration
- When multiple configurations are selected, data is aggregated
Tables
Purpose
Tables provide a detailed, grid-based view of transactions.
Default Tables
- Preparation
- Aborted
These can be modified or replaced.
Features
- Create up to three tables
- Filter by status, configuration, and date interval
- Store user preferences locally
Transactions
Each row represents a transaction and may include:
- Status
- Configuration
- Execution details
Depending on permissions, users can:
- Reset transactions
- Delete transactions
Column Configuration
Columns are fully customizable:
- Add or remove columns
- Reorder columns
- Sort by column values
All column preferences are stored locally.
Graphs
Purpose
Graphs provide visual insights into transaction history and system performance.
Available Visualizations
Status Distribution (Pie Chart)
- Displays distribution of transaction statuses
- Helps evaluate system outcomes and stability
Execution Trends (Bar Chart)
- Displays number of transactions over time
- Supports aggregation by:
- Day
- Week
- Month
Filtering
Graphs can be filtered by:
- Configuration
- Date interval
Default interval:
- Last 24 days
When selecting longer periods:
- Data aggregates automatically (e.g., monthly view)
Historical Notes
- Historical data is only available from the time this feature was introduced
- Earlier transaction data may not be included in graphs
Table Controls
Column Chooser
Opens a movable panel to:
- Select visible columns
- Customize table layout
Reset Selected
Resets selected transactions (requires appropriate permissions)
Table Menu
Provides filtering options:
- Status
- Configuration
- Date interval
Add Table
- Creates a new table
- Maximum of three tables allowed
Delete Table
- Removes the selected table
Graph Controls
Statistics Menu
Provides filtering for graphs:
- Configuration selection
- Date interval selection
The selected interval determines how data is grouped:
- Short intervals → daily view
- Longer intervals → weekly or monthly aggregation
User Experience Features
- Expandable and collapsible graph section for better screen usage
- Local storage of user preferences
- Flexible layout and filtering options
Best Practices
- Use tables for detailed investigation of individual transactions
- Use graphs for trend analysis and performance monitoring
- Limit the number of active tables to maintain clarity
- Adjust date intervals based on analysis needs
