General
Users and groups are created to allow users to access NTI ITNEGRATOR in web browser and through Autodesk Vault add-in. Access and rights will be defined on group level.
The settings for users and groups are global, apart from access and rights which can be configured per configuration.
- Access & Rights, select what functionality each group will have access and rights to in NTI INTEGRATOR. If a group of users only have access to Manage users without having access to Manage Settings, the user will be logged out of NTI INTEGRATOR if any other menu is chosen under Settings.
Note: Configuration enabled must be checked to be able to add a configuration to users.

Groups, create groups of users to manage access and rights.
On group level it´s also possible to restrict user access by IP address, settings made on a global level will then be overridden. Read more about this under Global Settings and Allowed Ip Addresses.

Users, create user accounts for the users who needs access to NTI INTEGRATOR to handle preparations or look at transactions.
An active configuration must be added to each user. When using manual transactions from vault it´s possible to temporarily choose another configuration for that specific transaction if Change Configuration is allowed.
