If preparation is used the transaction will be paused in the server allowing the user to log on to NTI INTEGRATOR to check and manually prepare or modify data in a transaction before it is manually committed to the ERP-system.
Add columns to be shown in the preparation dialog by clicking ”New Column”.
The property values in the list will be compared with the existing value in the ERP-system if an ERP-module is installed. The status for New Value, Same Value and Different Value will be visualized with different colors.
Under the Color section it´s possible to change these colors.
Note: If only Generic Module is used there will always be a green cross and orange text. No comparison is made.
A Change Log is available for each section of preparation and makes it possible to see when changes have been made and by which user.
- Sequence, select a unique number for each row. This number will be used to sort the list.
- Column Name, write the name of the column to be shown in the preparation dialog.
- Article Property, select value to be shown by assigning an Article property.
- Alignment, select how the headings and values will be aligned.
- Sort By Default, select a column to set the default sort order for the preparation list by it.
Users can then click on other columns to sort by. - Allow Editing, if selected users are allowed to edit the property value before executing the transaction. If the checkbox is left empty the value will be displayed and read-only.
- Display In List, to hide a column in the preparation dialog clear the checkbox.
Preparations can be created and configured for:
- Article
- Document
- Operation
- Structure
When a preparation is created it will be added to the list under Home menu.
The list of selected properties will be shown when a preparation is opened, and it is possible to edit properties by selecting the pen.
