When installing NTI INTEGRATOR Server the Generic Module is included.
With the Generic Module it´s possible to create and export text-based files such as .xml, .csv, json etc. It´s also possible to perform calls to web API’s to post or retrieve data.
How to install NTI INTEGRATOR Server
- From the NTI License Server download the NTI INTEGRATOR installation package NTI INTEGRATOR Server_X.X.XX.msi.
- Make sure there is an active license for NTI INTEGRATOR available.

Run the installation
Accept License Agreement.
Select Installations Folder - Configure SQL Connection
- In the field SQL Server Instance, type .\Integrator (.\ for localhost, Integrator is the name of the instance created in this example).
- Fill in the SQL Connection parameters
Username: sa
Password: (the password defined during the Microsoft SQL server installation) - Specify Integrator as the database name.
- Click Test SQL Connection to be able to continue.
- Create NTI INTEGRATOR administrator account, e.g. “IntegratorAdmin” as username and create a password.
Note: The login credentials must be documented.
- Server settings, select Binding Port. If the selection is left empty port 80 is used as default. If the installation is done on a machine where port 80 is already in use e.g., same machine as Autodesk Vault ADMS Server, choose port 5050 instead.
Choose “Add Windows Firewall Exception for port” to allow communication between NTI INTEGRATOR Server and Clients.
- Ready to Install, the configuration is finished, click “Install” to begin the installation. If some settings need to be changed, click “Back”.
Note: The installation will take several minutes to complete and will run an IIS reset.
